Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Once an order has been placed, no changes, cancellations, or address updates can be made. This includes changes to product selection, shipping method, or delivery address.

Orders are processed and shipped promptly. Once your order has been shipped, Pretty Girl Palace is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

 


All packages are shipped via USPS and are fully insured. If your package is lost or stolen after shipment, customers must contact USPS directly to file a claim. We highly recommend reaching out to USPS as soon as possible to ensure timely resolution.

Pretty Girl Palace is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by USPS. Any issues regarding delivery must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.
